Return Authorization -- If a return is necessary, please contact us by email at returns@boots99.com so we can furnish you a return authorization number (RA#) to place on the package and the correct address to which the item is to be returned. Orders will not necessarily be returned to the address on the shipping label.

 When emailing for an RA number, include the 12 digit order number, and/or your name, brand, style and size as well as the email address you entered on your original order so we can locate your order.

Once an order is in queue for shipment, it cannot be cancelled and the delivery will need to be completed and returned as per our return policy.


1) You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund, and an additional 60 days to complete the return before the return authorization is voided. You are responsible for the return shipping.

2) If returns are shipped to the incorrect facility, there are lengthy delays and additional shipping charges which are your responsibility. Exchanges or refunds cannot be issued until the return is received at the correct facility.

3) Exchanges are shipped upon our receipt/verification of a tracking number from the shipping service you use to return the item, or upon completion of the return process.

4) Your first exchange is shipped at no additional cost, if shipping to a street address in the contiguous USA. Other shipping addresses, such as PO Boxes, AK, HI, US Territories, APO/FPO or International do have additional shipping charges. We charge a discounted flat rate shipping fee in those instances. Additional exchanges on the same order do require additional shipping charges.

 5) Returning items must be in the original packaging with all the tags and be returnable to inventory as new/unworn. Please try footwear on in a carpeted area so the soles do not become scuffed or marred. If an item cannot be returned to inventory as new/unworn, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. The item will be returned to you at your expense. If an exchange has already been shipped, you will be charged as though it were a separate purchase.

6) If order is returned for a refund for any reason other than an error in item(s) shipped, or a flaw in materials/workmanship, there is a $15 per pair restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you were shipped the incorrect item, or there was a flaw in materials or workmanship. Items returned as shipped wrong, or flawed that are not, will have restocking and all shipping fees held from the return.

7) Refunds are issued upon completion of the return process which includes an inspection to insure the item can be returned to inventory as new/unworn. Items that cannot be returned to inventory are returned to customer at their expense. Shipping is non-refundable.


If the shipping address furnished on the order form is incorrect or incomplete and the shipment is returned to shipper as non-deliverable, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. If a delivery is refused at the receiverís end and returned to shipper, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. All shipping cost and service fees assessed by the shipping company for returning a shipment to the shipper, as well as a $15.00 restocking fee, will be held out of the return. All shipping is non-refundable.
